In 1893 Frank and Charkes Menches took their entrepreneurial spirit to the World Columbian Exposition in Chicago. There the brothers sold their caramel coated popcorn and peanuts (they were selling in CantonOhio) under the name Gee Whiz. It became another chapter in Menches Brothers legacy of creating and introducing memorable foods at America's great foods and expositions.
